The CDC is not recommending the intra-nasal flu vaccine this year. It seems like it did not actually work to immunize kids last year. So, shots for all this year! They do have an intra-dermal (just inside the skin) vaccine available now, but it is still a needle. If you are the squeamish one in your family, try to get everyone else around you to get vaccinated. Flu shots are included in the DPC membership at no extra charge!
