Good news for those of you who are waiting to see if Medicare will pay for the DPC monthly membership fee and also to have the IRS recognize that you should be able to pay for the fee using your HSA account. The Ways and Means Committee had a very favorable debate about these issues this week in Congress! Fingers crossed that they will actually pass some legislation this year to make it all happen!
