If you need help with weight loss, we can manage it for you. Visits are by secure video or phone.
If you want to keep your own primary care doctor, we can just do the obesity medicine care with our virtual obesity medicine membership.
You can also have Dr. Host take over your primary care as a virtual family doctor. In that case, sign up for the DPC plan here.
Medications are tailored to your individual needs. We will try for prior authorization for medications and can suggest many cheaper cash prices for medications as well.
Dr. Host believes healthcare, including obesity treatment, should be affordable and accessible.
Patients living in Ohio or Michigan are welcome to enroll in Whole Family's Virtual Medical Weight Loss programs.

Best for those planning to do bariatric surgery or want to get a jump start. Meet with Dr. Host once a week for 8 weeks, then monthly for 4 months.
12 MONTH MEDICALLY SUPERVISED WEIGHT LOSS

A good choice for those with a limited time or budget. Meet virtually with Dr. Host up to once a month. Unlimited texting during regular business hours. Good option for after the 6 month jump start.
GROUP SESSIONS*

An option for those who like social support. Done via Zoom for 30 minutes monthly with Dr. Host. Small support groups of 5-6 people discuss behavior, habits, nutrition, goal setting, etc.
