Any other days that the office may be closed will be listed on our voice mail recording for that month, or call us to be sure we'll be in the day you are planning on coming.
Our acupuncture patients require a special room reserved, so we do allow acupuncture patients to schedule in advance. Also, if you need a day's advance notice of appointment in order to get transportation, we can usually accommodate that request. Parents who have children under the age of two may schedule their wellness visits and immunization appointments in advance.
Added services will be provided at Dr. Host’s office. Please pre-preschedule any counseling services.
You can preschedule or request same day appointments for the massage or acupuncture.
Appointment Scheduling Policy
To make a same day appointment, call between 8:30 AM and 3 PM on the day you wish to be seen. If you are a new patient and have not been seen in our office yet, please call after 9:30 AM to register, or use our contact form.
To accommodate busy people, we have appointments available after 4 PM on Wednesdays.
Also, we can offer appointments at 8 AM (and often earlier) on Mondays.
We also offer appointments if needed during the lunch hour Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Dr. Host can also schedule phone or web video appointments when appropriate — there may be no need for you to come to the office. Our patient portal system allows you to send photos or other documents.
